We offer different courses so you can choose what suits you best. In fact we have training possibilities in various forms up to 21 hours per week.
Below is a detailed description of the training units and the Carlson Gracie Affoltern schedule.

BJJ Beginners (with GI) 10′ Warm-up, 40′ Technique, 10′ Sparring
BJJ Technique (with GI) 10′ Warm-up, 50′ Technique
BJJ All Levels (with GI) 10′ Warm-up, 30′ Technique, 20′ Sparring
BJJ Advanced (with GI from Blue Belts) 10′ Warm-up, 30′ Technique, 20′ Sparring
BJJ Sparring (with GI) 10′ Warm-up, 50′ Sparring
NoGI (with Shorts / Rashguard) 10′ Warm-up, 30′ Technique, 20′ Sparring
NoGI Sparring (with Shorts / Rashguard) 10′ Warm-up, 50′ Sparring
BJJ Kids (with GI) 10′ Games/Warm-up, 15′ Technique, 20′ Games and/or Sparring
BJJ Juniors (with GI) 10′ Warm-up, 20′ Technique, 20′ Sparring
BJJ Teens (with GI) 10′ Warm-up, 20′ Technique, 20′ Sparring
Drilling (with GI) Designated time for you and a training partner to use the mats for drills (no sparring).
OPEN Mats (GI or NOGI) Open Mat invites everyone for training. The training is available to all free of charge. We are happy to make new friends!!
